• Went to school.
• Had lessons.

• Went back to school to attend NCC.

1. We marched at the back of blocks...D & E.(around there la)
2. Took turns to be IC.
3. Wrote our reflections.
4. Changed into PT Kit.Time given:5 minutes took only 4:45 minutes
5. Did some streches.
6. Ran around the school.
7. Played a shoe game at the ISH.
8. Finished at about 6pm ++
9. Then stayed back until 6.30pm[(was with Nabima & Majidah)We chilled in the toilet]
